Santa helps deliver food On December 19 and 20, Santa assisted The Lord's Food Pantry in supplying Christmas dinner essentials and weekend groceries to nearly 270 families. The Brunswick Plantation Charities recently donated a $1000 check to The Lord's Food Pantry. The Pantry is deeply appreciative of the support from churches, organizations, and communities in South Brunswick County, with 100% of the donations aiding our neighbors in need. Butler's Farm Market wrapped up for the season and gave more than 630 pounds of fresh produce, snacks, and candy to the Pantry. Thank you, Butler's Farm Market!

Volunteers gathered to write letters to potential donors to the Capital Campaign, an initiative aimed at raising crucial funds for the new facility on Holden Beach Road. Each volunteer contributed to a collaborative atmosphere that fostered enthusiasm and a sense of community.

People of all ages pitched in at The Lord’s Food Pantry the weekend before Thanksgiving to spread some holiday cheer to our southern Brunswick County neighbors! Besides the usual two to three days' worth of healthy food we give out every week, we also handed out a complete Thanksgiving meal, ready to cook. Families could pick between turkey and ham and got a grocery bag packed with all the trimmings for a hearty meal. This year, we hit a new record by providing 274 Thanksgivi
