Food collected by Dosher Hospital in Southport was donated to PORCH South Brunswick. The Lord's Food Pantry was the recipient of much of the over 500 pounds of food that was collected. The Lord's Food Pantry will maintain its regular hours this July 4th weekend, open on Friday from 4:30 to 6:00 and on Saturday from 10:00 to 12:00.

The Calabash Elks Lodge recently hosted its annual Charity Golf Tournament, an event that not only brought together golf enthusiasts from various backgrounds but also served as a crucial fundraising effort to support a variety of local community initiatives. Earlier this month, Dan Shaw and Terry Transou got together with The Patty Jones Circle at Village Point Methodist Church to thankfully accept donations for our general and capital campaign funds.
