SBIC Treasurer Needed!


The South Brunswick Interchurch Council (SBIC), a 501(c)(3) non-profit, is seeking a volunteer for the position of treasurer. The person that fills this position will be responsible for overseeing the management of the financial affairs of the organization and will be a member of the SBIC Executive Committee. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Accounts Receivable/Sales Receipts

Accounts Payable/Weekly Expense Entries

Monthly bank reconciliations

Prepare monthly income/expense report & monthly designated fund summary

Digital filing (preferred) or paper filing

Post office mail pickup

Banking deposits

Attend monthly meetings – 2 (approximately 1 hour each)
